Responsible Officer, Type 1 and Type 4 

Mr. Ng is a very experienced Type 1 and Type 4 Responsible Officer in terms of brokerage operation of HK equities, futures, options, overseas futures and Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) products. He has extensive hands-on experience in setting up brokerage system, implementing front and back office operation and enforcing the associated internal control measures. Having worked for a major retail securities brokerage firm for many years, Wing is well versed with Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules (FRR) and its applications and implications. He is also a frequent speaker in various classes of FRR and risk management for margin trading. Initially trained as a software engineer, Wing is particularly strong in various programming skills and languages. His interests include artificial intelligence, virtual currency and block chain technology and their application in the securities industry. Wing obtained his BBA degree from Southern Arkansas University in the USA.
