Dr. Leung is Head – Investment Banking Division of the Company. He is primarily responsible for supervising and overseeing the investment banking business of the company. Dr. Leung has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Leung’s experiences include working in Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited as managing director from August 2011 to August 2012, and in KGI Capital Asia Limited as senior vice president in investment banking division from June 2002 to July 2011. Dr. Leung graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan in June 1994. He obtained master’s degree of science in economics and finance from the University of Warwick, the United Kingdom in January 1998, and doctor of philosophy in finance from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the PRC in June 2011. He is the honorary president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Hong Kong Alumni Association and a deputy chairman of the training committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Dr. Leung is a licensed responsible officer of type 1 and type 6.
