Mr. Cheung is a veteran in the financial markets of Hong Kong and China for more than 20 years, serving only institutional investors and publicly listed companies. He is a native Hong Kong Chinese, yet splitting his time half locally and half in Moscow. With the influx of innovative technology from Russia towards Asia, Mr. Cheung focuses on Fintech and Regtech products and services and introduces outstanding deals from Eastern Europe to family offices and institutional investors in Hong Kong. He is currently Chief Representative of Da Vinci Capital (a top-tier Russian Private Equity) in Hong Kong. Mr. Cheung is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission as a Type 6 Responsible Officer (Advising on Corporate Finance) focusing on deal origination for M&A activities. 

Simon is currently visiting professor for Hong Kong Financial Service Institute, coaching senior executives of mainland financial institutions including commercial banks, fund houses and securities firms. He is honorable adviser of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Simon has 4 postgraduate degrees, including LLM / MA / MBA qualifications from Britain, Australia, Beijing and Hong Kong and is a CPA by profession.
