Dr. Kenny Siu

Dr. Kenny Siu is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is currently Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) of Unitas Holdings Limited (8020). Dr. Siu has nearly 30 years hands-on experience in the real estate market in China and Hong Kong, during which he has served four Hong Kong listed companies: including Shui On Land Limited (272), Hutchison Harbour Ring Limited (715) (now known as China Oceanwide Holdings Limited), Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (363) and Hsin Chong Construction Limited (404). Related activities included land purchase, planning, construction, leasing, sales, financing, property management and listing. Kenny obtained Professional Diploma in architectural surveying from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia, and a doctorate degree in economics from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Dr. Siu has published various books including《擁抱地產霸權》"Real Estate Hegemony in HK",《解讀金融策略》"Interpretation of Financial Strategies",《百年機遇: 透視一帶一路與大灣區》"Centennial Opportunities: A Perspective of Belt and Road and Greater Bay Area",《從Fintech和ESG到新經濟》”From Fintech and ESG to New Economy” and many other articles in newspaper and magazines.   


With his surveying and real estate background, Dr. Siu is an evangelist of ESG compliance. He is enthusiastic in promoting ESG benefits in both listed companies and SMEs. He is currently Senior Advisor of Allied Environmental Consultants Limited (AEC) (HKEX Stock Code 8320), a Hong Kong based top-ranked and pioneering environmental consulting firm with 25 years experience spanning Hong Kong, mainland China and the Asia Pacific region. Dr. Siu also serves as special guest lecturer at the Hong Kong Institute of Financial Management, Tsinghua University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, British Agricultural University and the Royal Institution  of Chartered Surveyors. He is also Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Education Development Association.

        Mr. Chester Chu

Mr Chu is the founder and CEO of Fruit Tree Group, a financial group whose business subsidiaries covering securities and stock-brokerage in Hong Kong, as well as financial advisory service in Henqin, Zhuhai and Macau. He is licensed by SFC as a responsible officer of Type 1, 4, 6 activities.  In 1995, as an industry pioneer, Mr. Chu successfully implemented Shanghai Stock Exchange B shares trading platform for an HK-and-Taiwan brokerage company. In 1996, he structured a management-buy-out of Pacific Capital Securities Ltd. and re-named it as Phoenix Capital Securities Ltd and he was a co-founder of the Phoenix Capital Group. Between 1999 and 2000, he was a member of the Securities and Futures Market Reform Committee (香港證券及期貨市場改革關注小組), representing the securities practitioners to contribute his insights and experience of the securities industry to propose demutualisation and merging the two Exchanges, namely The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) and Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), into a single holding company, HKEX.


Chester is active in various professional organisations. He is President of The Hong Kong Association of Financial Advisors Ltd. (HKAFA), Vice President of the Society of Registered Financial Planners (HKRFP), Vice President of The Association of Experts for Modernization Ltd and Vice-chairman of Committee of IPO and Mergers & Acquisitions of The Institute of Certified Management Accountants (CMA). He used to be a director and is currently consultant of the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Professionals Association. Chester is also member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors (FHKIoD), Institute of Public Accountants (Aust) (FIPA), Institute of Financial Accountants (UK) (FFA), Institute of Certified Management Accountants (FCMA) and The Association of Hong Kong Accountants (MHKA). Chester is a qualified accountant and a MBA graduate.

        Ms Queenie Tseung


Ms Tseung is a China-qualified lawyer. She is Chinese native and has been living and working in Hong Kong for over 20 years, both in international law firms and licensed corporations. She is a holder of SFC RO License (Type 1 and Type 6). Before moving to Hong Kong, she worked in international law firms in Beijing and Shenzhen assisting inflow and outflow of capital with China. In her professional career, she has worked for several different positions including Vice president in a local investment banking firm to conduct IPO origination and execution, restructuring for pre-IPO listing companies, advising listed companies to comply with SFC and HKex rules and regulations and engaging in Equity Capital Market (“ECM”) works. She has also been involved in various areas in IPO process, such as drafting company prospectuses, undertaking due diligence works, trans-conversing between English and Chinese, equity and capital market research, responding to questions raised by the SFC and HKEx, liaising with regulatory bodies and independent professional parties on behalf of clients and attending important negotiations of strategic and high-level nature.  

Queenie graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China majoring in PRC law. Since 2002, she has obtained Certificate of Laws from Hong Kong Open University, a LLB degree from Nottingham Trent University and a LLM degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
