Dr. Dickson Wong is a certified public accountant, a non-practicing barrister and a Type 6 licensed person (advising on corporate finance). He was an executive director responsible for corporate finance and CFO of T.S. Telecom Technologies Ltd. / Great World Company Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the GEM Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong up to 30 June, 2011 and was an executive director of T S Telecom Limited, listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. In 1997, he was the Joint Managing Director of Applied International Holdings Limited, listed on the main board of HKEx, responsible for takeover, rights issues, placement of new shares, issuance of convertible bonds, etc, raising more than HKD 1 billion in total. He has also acted as independent non-executive director of a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, including Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Co., Ltd., Daqing Petroleum and Chemical Group Limited, Gold Wo International Holdings Limited, G­Prop (Holdings) Limited and Trasy Gold Ex Limited. 

Dr. Wong was conferred Honorary Fellowship by the Open University of Hong Kong on November 10, 2007 and was appointed Professor Emeritus from Beijing Jiaotong University on January 25, 2013. Dr. Wong has served as a member of the Insider Dealing Tribunal and the Obscene Articles Tribunal. He was a member of the board of trustee of United College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and many other charitable and non-profit organisations. Dr. Wong holds several business administration and law degrees conferred by local and overseas universities, including University of Newscastle in Australia, Stanford University, University of Hong Kong, University of Iowa, University of Oxford, University of Strathclyde, Macquaire University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Armstrong University.
